Nine 11 Capital is a real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating multifamily communities in emerging and primary markets. Our team of professionals seek to provide superior risk adjusted returns by buying right, financing right, and managing right.

 

Our goal is to create long-term value for our investors through powerful assets. To accomplish our goal, we focus on stakeholders; comprised of our investors, our team, and our residents. Investor success is our priority and we prudently analyze investments in specific assets to maximize value generation.

 PRESIDENT & CEO 

Jamaine Lemon

Jamaine founded Nine 11 Capital and oversees the acquisition, operations, disposition, and capital markets for the firm. As President and CEO, he also guides the firm's growth, raises money for new investment partnerships, oversees the operational strategies, and the company's portfolio investment transactions.

 

Prior to founding Nine 11 Capital, Jamaine served as a Senior Land Development Project Manager for a fortune 100 national builder. He was responsible for planning, management, and development of various projects totaling over $400 million dollars in total investment. Jamaine holds a MBA from the Warrington School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Finance as a University of Florida graduate.
